Give me a headline

I just read this headline that was posted to Facebook:  "Shipment of Human Heads Stuck in Chicago".  How can I read that headline and not click through to read the story.  In fact, click here and you too can learn all the details about the shipment of heads.
This brought to my mind the importance of a great headline that prompts action.  Have you seen those posts that say "my latest e-newsletter is available, click here", or "click here for my latest blog post"?  I never click on those.  I figure if the person posting cannot grab my attention by coming up with a decent headline, it is not worth my while to read even more in the form of a boring blog or newsletter.
Give me a reason to click.
